Authorship & Legal Notice
St. Martin Pharmacia is an original authorial and curatorial project created by Jana Španírová in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The original project includes a distinctive visual identity, name, logo, artistic direction, interior and decorative elements, graphic works, curatorial concept, product presentation style, atmosphere, and an original painting created for the former St. Martin Pharmacia premises.
These authorial, artistic, visual, graphic, interior and decorative elements are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Jana Španírová remains the author of these works. No use of these works is permitted without her prior written consent, unless expressly allowed by applicable law.
Unauthorised use includes, but is not limited to, photographing, publishing, reproducing, modifying, displaying, promoting, commercially presenting, or otherwise using the original painting, visual identity, artistic/interior elements, graphic works, decorative elements, or related authorial works in social media, advertising, business communication, press materials, websites, printed materials or commercial interiors.
The current operation located in the former St. Martin Pharmacia premises is not operated by Jana Španírová or Reverie Studio s. r. o., or ST. MARTIN PHARMACIA s.r.o. Jana Španírová has not granted that operation, its operator, or any related third party any licence or permission to use her copyrighted works, including the original painting, artistic/interior elements, visual identity, name, logo, decorative elements or other authorial works created for the original St. Martin Pharmacia project, in their commercial, promotional or public communication.
Any third-party commercial presentation using the original copyrighted works, artistic or interior elements of St. Martin Pharmacia without the author’s licence should not be interpreted as an authorised continuation of the original project. Such unauthorised use is currently subject to enforcement of the author’s rights.
