St. Martin Pharmacia is an original authorial and curatorial project by Jana Španírová. Its visual identity, name, logo, original artworks, interior concept and other creative elements of the project are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

In the original premises of the project, there is currently an operation using original visual, artistic and interior elements in a manner that may create the public impression that it represents a continuation or an authorised version of the original St. Martin Pharmacia project. The operation publicly presents itself under the St. Martin Pharmacia name and, in its commercial and marketing communications, uses the name and logo protected by a trademark, as well as other elements associated with the original identity of the project, including copyrighted works created for the original St. Martin Pharmacia.

No authorisation or consent has been granted by us for such use. Prior to commencing such use, the operator never contacted us, requested a licence or permission, or presented any proposal for cooperation, transfer or licensing of rights. The use of these works and their exploitation in commercial and marketing communications is currently subject to steps being taken to protect and enforce the relevant copyright rights.

The mere presence of the original interior, artworks, visual elements or designations should therefore not be understood as confirmation of continuity, authorship, cooperation with, or authorisation by the original project.
